Fuel is a Modern French Bistro located at 49 Lisbon Street in Lewiston. It specializes in country French cuisine, including hanger steak frites, coq au vin, braised beef short ribs, and other traditional dishes. A four-course tasting is offered nightly, made especially for patrons.
A heavily stocked bar boasts a 1120 bottle wine list, with 22 bottles under $25.00. 30 wines are sold by the glass, starting at $5.00. Their spirits list is extensive, too, with 27 different vodkas and 29 different choices of whiskey.
Parking is typically available on the street or nearby at the Municipal Parking Garage on Park Street. Walk-ins are welcome anytime, however reservations are recommended Friday and Saturday night.
