Fox Ridge Golf Club is a 6800-yard, links style golf course situated on 200 acres of rolling farm land in southern Auburn. Offering some of the Twin Cities’ most challenging golf, Fox Ridge is the home of several tournaments, including the 2006 Maine State Open. Group and Individual lessons from a PGA professional are available as well as clinics for adult and junior golfers. The club is home to a well-stocked pro-shop, driving range as well as the Fox Den Grill Room which features a wide variety of sandwiches and other light-fare. Fox Ridge is open to the public. Tee time reservations can be made up to four days in advance.

Prospect Hill is an 18-hole recreational golf course that is truly player friendly. A number of its interesting holes have beautiful water hazards. Martindale Country Club is a private golf club located on the outskirts of Auburn, minutes away from Maine Turnpike exit 75. Martindale is home to a stunning 18-hole course astride the Little Androscoggin River. The pro shop offers a wide selection of apparel and equipment. Lessons are available from the club’s PGA staff. The Members Lounge restaurant offers a traditional Northeastern menu as well as an impressive selection of local craft beers. A banquet room may be reserved for private functions and events.

Apple Valley Golf Club in Lewiston is a 5035-yard, 9-hole golf course that features several water hazards on many of its holes. Special rates are offered for twilight rounds. Apple Valley is open to the public.
